In Bluebells, we have been improving our Super Strength power in PE. We all needed to be prepared in case the evil pea returns, so we have been working hard with our exercises. After our warm up, we practised moving in different ways (in case we needed to sneak out of a sticky situation).

We also practised our balancing skills and looked at how we can use different parts of our body to help us balance. Once we were confident at balancing, we started balancing on boxes, across benches and climbing equipment. (You never know when you might need to use your balancing skills with the evil pea around!)

Luckily we then remembered to do our cool down and we made sure we had a rest after our hard work! Because after all, all super heroes need a rest!
