Today, both year 6 classes visited the cenotaph in Heywood to pay our respects for Armistice Day.
The children read out a lovely poem in remembrance of all we have lost fighting in the wars. The children placed a wreath down with a beautiful message to all the fallen soldiers and their families. Both classes were very respectful and behaved in a beautiful manner.
