This afternoon we have been tasting and making biscuits!

We began by evaluating 6 different types of biscuit according to their:

  • taste
  • smell
  • texture
  • appearance
  • packaging
  • target audience

We then followed a basic biscuit-making recipe. We used techniques such as creaming, sieving and rubbing to combine all of the ingredients.
