This week in Reception, we have been beginning to celebrate Christmas. We have been really busy decorating our classroom. We have all worked together to make paper chains, snowflakes and Christmas cards.
To celebrate Advent, we have got a magic Advent calendar and some Advent books underneath our Christmas trees. Everyday of Advent, one child chooses a book, unwraps it and then we all read it together. They have all been lovely Christmas books so far!
We also have a very cheeky Elf who has come into our classroom! Hopefully he won’t get up to too much mischief!
