Last week in Reception, we made bird feeders. The weather was really bad so we decided to make food for the birds in case they couldn’t find any. We needed to butter two sides of a piece of bread and then dip it in bird seed. Then we threaded Cheerios onto a pipe cleaner and threaded the pipe cleaner through the bread so we could hang them up. We had lots of threading to do so it was a bit tricky for our fingers but we all managed to do it. Well done Reception!
Yesterday, we went outside and hung the bird feeders up. Today there has been lots of birds in our outdoor area.
