During our collective worship this afternoon, we thought about what makes us feel peaceful. This linked with World Mental Health day and we discussed how activities like reading, colouring and listening to music can help our wellbeing. We then talked about how Christians use prayer to let go of their worries and feel calmer.
We created peace flowers and wrote on them the things that make us feel happy and peaceful. We then watched the flowers magically bloom as they were put into water. At the end, we prayed for peace in all areas of our lives and all over the world.
