Year 6 participated in French day. We had a delicious French breakfast, learnt lots of new vocabulary, learnt and sang lots of songs and played many French games. The children also listened to Goldilocks and the Three Bears in French and also used a dictionary to translate the story back into English.

The children had a competition to make the highest structure of the Eiffel Tower. One particular group worked extremely well to produce a perfect structure with marshmallows and spaghetti.

A great day by all, well done year 6.
