Today was the day that we have been waiting for – the day of Mr Fox’s woodland tea party! We came to school with our wellies on and just couldn’t wait for it to be the afternoon so that we could walk to Queen’s Park and find Mr Fox.
When we arrived in the woods, our decorations that we had made were hung in the trees and we wore our masks that we had made.
We had crisps and cupcakes and then played some games. We were a little bit disappointed because Mr Fox didn’t come and join us but we think that was because he was shy. Some of us think we saw him watching us from behind a tree!
Thank you for the party Mr Fox, we loved it!
