We had a great afternoon today taking part in a live lesson all about space. We met a real life inventor who had the opportunity to meet Tim Peake. We learnt all about life as an astronaut and what they do up in space. We went onto the international space station and Tim told us about having to exercise each day, work hard on experiments, grow plants, launch satellites and carry out space walks. We took part in a number of challenges to become an astronaut: exercising, experimenting, maths, plants in space and movement. We had maths calculations to solve, science processes to explain like photosynthesis and engineering problems to work collaboratively on. Well done everyone for taking part.

And that’s a wrap!
