In todays RE lesson we investigated the betrayal of Jesus in the Easter story. We discussed what betrayal means, how it might make us feel and examples of betrayals that we might have experienced. The children discussed the role of Judas and how he wasn’t a good friend to Jesus. We thought about how we could be good friends to each other and created Easter cards to show our friends in class all of the positive things about themselves.
