In literacy we have been reading the story the little red hen. The animals did not want to help the hen make the bread until it was time to eat the bread. However the little red hen decided she was not going to share the bread with the other animals. The little red hen left us some instructions to make our own bread. We followed each step and Fred talked the sounds, we helped Miss Longmire with the mixture. Miss Robinson took the bread home and baked it, we all had a taste of it the next day. It was very yummy and we enjoyed it. 🍞
