This afternoon, we started a new project in our DT lesson. It is a create and design project with the royal Opera House based around ‘The Magic Flute’.
We spent the lesson discussing:
* What is opera?
* What is a set designer
* Our design brief
* Items we will need.
We also looked at the many different people it takes to create an opera, from the set designers to the orchestra to the composers.
