In both English and Grammar lessons, Year 2 have been learning verbs, nouns, adjectives, adverbs and how to write expanded noun phrase. In Grammar this week, we consolidated our learning by playing the silly sentence game. We rolled a dice to pick a noun, adjective, verb and adverb, then we had to create our own silly sentences using these.
