World Book Day

We had lots of fun for World Book Day – everyone made lots of effort dressing up and looked fantastic.

We have been trying to complete as many of the ‘25 ways to celebrate World Book Day’ challenges. These are some of the different activities we have completed:

• We drew a picture of the character we dressed up as and explained why we dressed up as this character.
• An acrostic poem on Reading
• We have been practicing performing a poem and will be recording this next week.
• We designed front covers for our favourite book
• Children brought in their favourite story and shared these with the class.
• Children were recorded talking about their favourite books
