WOW! What a brilliant morning we have had today, to celebrate our last day of school before we break up for the Christmas holidays this afternoon.
First of all, we did some lovely colouring whilst listening to Christmas songs. Then, we spotted Santa had arrived in our classroom…
Next, we did a Christmas Quiz.
During our Quiz, we got a special surprise! The REAL Father Christmas came to visit us! He gave all of us a lovely present and we all used our beautiful manners to thank him. Here we are accepting our presents from Santa:
Once Santa had given us all our presents, we had a little disco! Some of us played the air guitar excellently!
We have had a wonderful first term in Year 1 and the children have been fantastic. We wish everybody a very merry Christmas and a happy new year! We look forward to seeing everybody again on January 4th.
