Some children from Year 5 Pine and Juniper have had the opportunity to work with Breaking Barriers, a Rochdale-based, multidisciplinary production company this morning. Pine have been learning how to link ideas across paragraphs using adverbials of time, place, number and tense choices. We read through a number of texts and identified the adverbials used, then we tried to order a story by identifying the adverbials.
