Mechanical Systems

This half term Maple are learning about ‘Mechanical Systems’ and designing and making a slingshot car. Today we have been working independently to produce an accurate, functioning car chassis and design a shape that is suitable for the project. We have discussed what air resistance is and attempted to reduce air resistance through the design of our shapes.

We looked under stones and leaves, on the tree bark, in the air and in the mud. The Read more
