Our Favourite Books 📚📚

We have really enjoyed sharing our favourite stories from home with our friends. We have all listened to everyone’s story and discussed why it is our favourite. Thank you for bringing the books into school for us all to share! Some of us even had the same favourite story!

Food scraps

In science this week we have been looking at how you can grow vegetables from scraps of food. We went into Kaden’s garden to plant potatoes, onions, carrot tops and peppers.  In the classroom Miss Jones also got a pineapple to show the children how you can grow a pineapple from the top. We will watch this grow over the next few weeks then we will add this to our class planter.

Amazing Aliens

Today, Willows created some amazing aliens for our Moon Zoom topic! They designed them as a team and created them together using putty, pipe cleaners, googly eyes and card. We think they look awesome and if aliens were real, they’d probably look like ours.
