Well done to Heidi in Year 6 on a fantastic season with Stockport County Ladies U12s. Heidi and her team have managed to win the league, the cup and a tournament this season. We are all really proud of you Heidi.
It’s great to see our dance club during lunchtime, led by our KS2 Sports Leaders. Lots of children are enjoying learning new dances during lunchtime.
Today marked the start of our school Euros football competition. 4 boys teams and 3 girls teams have played their first games, and will compete against each other of the next few weeks to try and reach the final.
In PE this week, we did gymnastics using the apparatus in the hall. We practiced balancing, jumping and climbing techniques. We also learnt how to use the equipment safely.
Well done to our Year 5/6 tag rugby team who finished 3rd last week. They went through the whole tournament without losing a game.
