Yesterday we had our first Violin lesson! We really enjoyed the lesson and we are looking forward to learning a new skill over the next term.  

Chocolate tasting

During English lessons this term, we are looking at Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Today we tasted different chocolates and collected adjectives to describe the taste. We then created designs for our own chocolate bars ready for writing our own Chocolate stories next week.    

Snowman Maths! ☃️

For a Christmas maths activity – we created snowmen using a number of different rules. Working in pairs we had a race to create a maths snowman! A great way to practice our square numbers relating to our numbersense work and recapping some of our other multiplication facts!

Hour of Code!

For today’s computing lesson we enjoyed an hour of coding! The children were able to work independently or collaboratively to complete the coding tasks of their choice. It was great to see a range of codes create to complete the games
