Computing- creating pictures
Today Year 2 have been working hard in Computing to learn how to login and how to access Purple Mash. They then went on 2Paint a picture to create a picture using their creativity using Impressionism style.

SCARF workshop- gratitude
Year 2 participated in a SCARF workshop on gratitude led by Jess. During the session, the children explored the concept of being thankful and reflected on the people, experiences, and things in their lives that they appreciate. Art week – David Hockney
This week has been arts week and we have learning about Artist David Hockney. We created a fact page about him, drew a picture of his famous Garrowby Hill and then coloured in pictures of his artwork using the computer.

Sports day
Although the weather stopped us having Sports Day outside we have still had lots of fun this morning completing it in the hall.

What makes the best bubbles?
We had lots of fun in Science completing an experiment to see which solution makes the best bubbles. We used bubble bath, washing up liquid and hand wash. We added each solution to water then mixed it together. Afterwards we then used our fingers to see could we create bubbles.

Imagine That Year 2 class trip
Year 2 had a fantastic time at Imagine That. They made slime, snow, magnets and bath bombs.
