As part of our topic this half term we have been learning about James Lind and his discovery of how vitamin C cures scurvy.
This afternoon we tasted different fruits and rated them from those that had the least vitamin C to those that had the most vitamin C based on how bitter and sour they tasted.
The fruits we tried were:
- strawberries
- lemons
- oranges
- limes
- raspberries
