We had lots of Easter fun this morning trying to find as many paper eggs as we could in our Easter egg hunt. Well done to all of the winners!

A special visitor
This morning we have had a very special visitor in Buttercups, Charlie chocolate chick (named by the class)! We made sure we were quiet and gentle as we each had a turn holding or stroking the chick.

We all sang beautifully at the church yesterday! We hope you enjoyed ‘Life is a wonderful thing!’ We did some British Sign Language in the chorus did you spot it? We really enjoyed learning and performing it and learning about the Easter Story. Hope everyone has a wonderful Easter, from all of the pupils and staff in Year 3!

For science we have been investigating how to make a ball roll further. We made predictions by making one change to the experiment. This is what we changed: using 5 books instead of 4 books, putting the ramp at the end of the books or using a chair instead of books. Year 5 Shared Lunch
Year 5’s shared lunch went really well today. Lots of comments from the adults about how delicious the food was and how nice it was to see their children in their lunchtime environment. A lovely opportunity to eat and chat together. Well done Year 5 😛
