For our new art topic, we are looking at ‘Human form’. Our first lesson was human alphabet. We have been creating letters with our body. We worked with a partner or in a 3 to create the different letters.
Our new topic in Art is Photography. today the children looked at various examples of work from other artists: ‘Peter Kennard’ and Jerry Uelsmann’. We used a paper plate to recreate our own designs of Clarice Cliffs ‘Circle Tree’ plate, we used bright colours to paint circles and finishing by using black paint and a straw to blow a tree design.
