Leavers’ Banner Service

Unfortunately, the Year 6 Banner service couldn’t be held at the cathedral this year, however resources were sent so we could hold our own service in school.   Rev. Kirsty led the service for us and the children shared songs and prayers they had written themselves.

This week we have been celebrating England coming second in the Euros, which was a massive achievement. They played so hard and would have been under extreme pressure. Red Nose Day

Today St Luke’s celebrated Red Nose Day. Children came to School in their own clothes with crazy hair to raise money for Comic Relief. They all looked fantastic. Anti-bullying Week/ Odd socks day 2020

This week is anti- bullying week. Throughout the week, classes have had an anti-bullying assembly, discussed this year’s theme ‘United against bullying’ and taken part in activities and discussions about bullying. Today we came to school wearing odd socks to celebrate our differences.
