Today Year 3 had Adrian Bowden visit school with his travelling science show. We spent the morning watching the ‘Light and Sound’ show and this afternoon we watched ‘Marvellous Materials’. It was really fun and we got to take part and help him with the different investigations.
Today we have worked with touchstones museum to look at Ancient Greece artefacts. We became historians and gained a deeper understanding of the lives of the ancient Greeks. Here are some pictures
This week we started off learning about Ancient Greek myths by watching a virtual performance by Hobgolbin Theatre. We really enjoyed watching the actors act out the story of Perseus and Medusa. Here are some pictures of the performance.
This week year 3 have been enjoying the sunshine and planting some spinoff to celebrate Spring. in our R.E lessons we have been looking at trust and how we can trust each other and how we trust in the world.
Thank you for to all the children who came in crazy hair day. We had a great day enjoying Red Nose Day themed activities and having a good laugh to improve our wellbeing.
