This half term, we have been learning life cycles. In school we have butterflies and frogs that we have been observing. The butterflies started off as a caterpillar and we had to look after them and give them lots of food. When they got big they went into a cocoon. Arts Week
This week, we have been learning about England. We have looked at the different landmarks in England and discussed where we have been. Every class has been looking at a different artist and our artist was Andy Goldsworthy. He creates big pieces of art in the outdoor area using natural resources. Year 6 came outside to help us… We also made an afternoon tea to celebrate England. We all had a lovely time!

Australian Art and Food
During Art week, we chose to do Australia to focus on. We did a number of different activities… Children made art work based on the artist Clifford Possum Tjapaltijarri. Digital leaders kids meet
We had a fantastic day at Harwood Park for our final kid meet. We took part in JuniorStem robotics where we followed instruction on how to build a Lego model then we set a set of algorithms to make the models move.
