Complex Sentences

In English, we are writing a narrative story about ‘The Present’. We have practised and learnt many new writing skills. This morning we have been writing some complex sentences. We started with a main clause and added subordinate clauses to it, thinking about our punctuation and use of verb tenses. There were some very well-written sentences and a great use of vocabulary. Well done everyone!

What does God mean to Christians?

In our RE lesson this week, we recapped on the terms atheist, agnostic and theist. We discussed how there is no evidence of God but lots of people still believe. We used metaphors to describe God and the children shared what God means to them. We had lots of lovely ideas and the children created some fantastic artwork.
