Year 6 have been sharing their interests and favourite book recommendations during our social reading time. We use it as a time to read together, talk about the books we like and suggest books for each other to read.

This morning we have been experimenting with sentences! We identified the main clause and subordinate clause of a sentence. We then played around with the structure of the sentences by moving the clauses. Have a look at some of our fantastic work.

This week we have been reading the story ‘The tiger who came to tea’. We have also been investigating and making our own tigers. We have all worked very hard!
