Children loved looking for fiction and non-fiction books again. They remembered some of the features from last week.
Children loved exploring the library today. They learnt about fiction and non-fiction books and went to go and find these types of books. We found lots of information in the non-fiction books. We also looked into the features that make a non-fiction book (contents pages, labels, photographs etc)
Some of our Year 2 children have completed the phonics programme and are now taking part in daily Guided Reading sessions.
