In year one, we have been practising our yoga poses. It’s really fun, whilst being really good for our bodies and our minds too. After putting some visualization and calming techniques in to practise by the end of the lesson we feel very calm.
Throughout the day, Year 6 had to opportunity to remember those who lost their lives at war making a better life for us.
