Christmas

We have had so much fun in our last week before Christmas. We even had the chance to watch our very own pantomime, Jack and the Beanstalk. We hope everyone has a lovely Christmas and we will see all of our friends on the new year!

Advent gifts

Each day we have been able to choose a gift from under the tree. Each gift has been a different book and Miss Longmire and Miss Robinson have read the Christmas story at the end of the day. We have loved listening to each story and are really excited for Christmas.

Our Christmas party

This week we have been super busy in Bluebells. We had our own Christmas party and a special guest arrived. Elsa from frozen came to join in the party fun and we loved dancing with her. We then played lots of games like musical statues, corners and pass the parcel. We finished off the afternoon with some party food and listened to Christmas music. We want it to be Christmas party day everyday!

Structures

This half term in Design and Technology, Maple have been learning about Structures. We began by exploring different frame structures to test which were the most stable, we then designed our own pavilions and used a range of materials to build a strong frame structure. We then experimented with different decorative techniques to clad our pavilions.
