We explored the properties of 3D shapes using cocktails sticks and marshmallows to help us answer the questions in our power maths book. We made cuboids and square and triangular based pyramids.
During maths this week, year 1 Willows have been learning to recognise money and count coins. They have done some problem solving with coins, looked at real money and used coins to pay for items during shop role play. We’ve had lots of fun!

Year 6 looked at solving problems by finding missing angles. We had 16 envelopes with different levels of challenging questions, earning more points by challenging ourselves to try and tackle the most difficult questions.
