Dinosaur School 🦕

This week we have completed a circle time called dinosaur school, we met two characters called Wally and Dina. Dina is the headteacher and Wally goes to the dinosaur school. Happy Eid

We have been learning lots about Islam this half term and we have remembered lots of facts about Muslims. Today we looked at the festival of Eid and how it is a celebration that happens at the end of Ramadan. While we completed our work we listened to some music then we completed a Happy Eid colouring.

🌻Seeds of hope🌻

This week the children completed postcards of hope. They coloured in the front of the cards and wrote messages of hope on the back. These were given to us from Morrisons, who will be distributing them with home deliveries and to various places such as Old people’s home. Year 5 Forest School

Year 5 had a fantastic time at Forest School today! We showed off our knowledge of the area by playing a game where we had to name the flora in the area. Making minibeasts

We have had lots of fun learning about Minibeasts in our English and topic lessons. We then used this knowledge to help to design and make a minibeast. On our designs we had to make sure they had the correct number of legs and antennas. Once we finished painting them and adding on the extra parts on we took them into Kaden’s garden to put them in their natural habitat.
