Wiggle Worship

The children enjoyed exploring the story of “Jesus washes his disciples feet” in a fun and meaningful way. We brought the story to life with a scarf dance, where the children moved creatively and expressed themselves. They then had the chance to gently wash their friends’ feet, just like in the story, showing kindness and care for one another. On such a sunny day, the cool water was appreciated! Forest school after school club

This week was our first Forest School after school club session and it was a great start. We began around the campfire, where the children enjoyed brioche together while chatting and settling in, developing their speaking and listening skills. Does a Plant Need Water to Grow?

Year 1 have begun their new Science topic on plants with an exciting bean experiment to investigate whether plants need water to grow. Easter Fun!

Year 1 had so much fun during the week leading up to Easter! We had a visit from the Easter Bunny, took part in an Easter egg hunt, made Easter crafts and even had a very special visit from the chicks! A very special treat after working so hard all half term  

Week 6 Burp in a Bag!

For week 6 of our exciting at-home science challenge some children have explored chemical reactions in a fun and memorable way. Using simple household ingredients, they created their very own “burp in a bag” experiment—and the results were both impressive and very loud! Observational Drawing

This half term Year 5 will be focusing on architecture. The children will learn all about observational drawing, printmaking, and building design. This unit will encourage children to explore architectural elements and analyse the work of Friedensreich Hundertwasser. Easter Week

This week we have celebrated Easter! We started the week with a wiggle worship session where Wiggle told us all about Easter and how we celebrate Jesus being alive.
